Once you are ready to move forward, we establish a formal Preliminary Building Agreement. This is a paid commitment that ensures we dedicate the right time, expertise and resources to your project from the very beginning. It covers the technical groundwork required to prepare concept designs, review local council requirements and develop preliminary cost estimates. Your time is valuable and so is ours.
Concept Drawings Creation
We engage the right professionals to translate your ideas into clear, practical layouts and plans. If required we will work closely with experienced drafters and designers, you will be able to see exactly what your new space will look like before any work begins, giving you complete confidence in the direction of your project.
Design Elements Discussion
With drawings in hand, we sit down to lock in every detail that defines the finished result. Structural fixtures, cabinetry layouts, internal linings, lighting plans and finishes are all confirmed so there are no surprises during construction.
Permit Arrangement
Not every project requires the same approvals and we will always be upfront with you about exactly what your project needs.
